Vamos Dans olarak tango dersleri, özel dersler, online dersler, workshoplar, etkinlikler ve diğer eğitim hizmetleri sunmaktayız.
Bu Geri Ödeme ve İptal Politikası, www.vamosdans.com üzerinden satın alınan hizmetlerin iptal ve geri ödeme koşullarını açıklar.
Satın alınan hizmetin niteliğine göre uygulanabilecek özel iptal ve geri ödeme koşulları, satın alma sırasında ALICI'ya ayrıca bildirilebilir.

Vamos Dans provides tango classes, private lessons, online lessons, workshops, events and other educational services.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to services purchased through www.vamosdans.com.
Depending on the nature of the service purchased, specific cancellation and refund conditions may also be communicated to the BUYER during the purchase process.
2. Ders ve Özel Ders İptalleri

Yüz yüze veya online olarak gerçekleştirilecek bireysel ders ve özel derslerde, iptal veya tarih değişikliği taleplerinin mümkün olduğunca ders tarihinden önce bildirilmesi gerekir.
Hizmetin niteliğine ve satın alma sırasında belirtilen koşullara bağlı olarak, zamanında yapılan iptal taleplerinde ücret iadesi veya dersin başka bir tarihe aktarılması mümkün olabilir.
Belirlenen ders tarih ve saatinde herhangi bir bildirim yapılmaksızın derse katılım sağlanmaması halinde, ilgili dersin kullanılmış sayılması veya ücret iadesi yapılamaması söz konusu olabilir. Uygulanacak koşullar, satın alma sırasında belirtilen hizmet şartlarına tabidir.

For individual or private lessons provided in person or online, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible before the scheduled lesson.
Depending on the nature of the service and the conditions stated at the time of purchase, timely cancellation requests may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If the BUYER does not attend a scheduled lesson without providing prior notice, the lesson may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms applicable to the purchased service.
3. Workshop ve Etkinlikler
Türkçe
Workshop, etkinlik, marathon veya benzeri organizasyonlarda uygulanacak iptal ve geri ödeme koşulları, ilgili etkinliğin kayıt ve satış koşullarında ayrıca belirtilir.
Etkinlik özelinde farklı bir iptal ve geri ödeme politikası belirtilmişse, ilgili etkinlik için bu özel koşullar geçerli olacaktır.
Etkinliğin SATICI tarafından iptal edilmesi veya hizmetin SATICI tarafından sunulmasının mümkün olmaması halinde, yürürlükteki mevzuat ve etkinlik için belirtilen özel koşullar çerçevesinde ALICI'ya uygulanabilecek iade veya alternatif seçenekler sunulur.

For workshops, events, marathons and similar organizations, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be stated separately in the registration and sales conditions of the relevant event.
If a specific cancellation and refund policy is provided for an event, those specific conditions will apply to that event.
If an event is cancelled by the SELLER or the SELLER is unable to provide the service, applicable refund or alternative options will be offered to the BUYER in accordance with applicable law and the specific conditions stated for the event.
4. Online Dersler ve Dijital İçerikler

Canlı online özel derslerde, yukarıda belirtilen özel ders iptal koşulları uygulanır.
İleride web sitesi üzerinden dijital video kursları, kayıtlı eğitimler veya benzeri dijital içerikler sunulması halinde, bu ürünlerin niteliğine ve yürürlükteki mevzuata göre uygulanacak cayma, iptal ve geri ödeme koşulları satın alma aşamasında ayrıca belirtilir.

For live online private lessons, the cancellation conditions applicable to private lessons stated above shall apply.
If digital video courses, recorded training programs or similar digital content are offered through the Website in the future, the applicable withdrawal, cancellation and refund conditions will be specified separately during the purchase process, depending on the nature of the digital content and applicable legislation.
5. Geri Ödeme İşlemleri

Geri ödeme yapılmasına karar verilmesi halinde, ödeme işleminin gerçekleştirildiği ödeme yöntemi üzerinden iade yapılır.
Kredi veya banka kartıyla yapılan ödemelerde, geri ödemenin hesaba yansıma süresi ilgili bankanın işlem sürelerine bağlı olarak değişebilir.
SATICI tarafından geri ödeme işlemi başlatıldıktan sonra, bankacılık sistemlerinden kaynaklanan gecikmelerden SATICI sorumlu değildir.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be made through the payment method used for the original transaction.
For payments made by credit or debit card, the time required for the refund to appear in the BUYER's account may vary depending on the processing times of the relevant bank.
Once the SELLER has initiated the refund, the SELLER shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking systems or the payment provider.
6. Yasal Haklar

Bu Politika, tüketicilerin yürürlükteki mevzuattan doğan zorunlu haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz veya sınırlandırmaz.
